School/Group treatment sessions- £150 per hour (Minimum 3 individuals, maximum 6 individuals )

This is for a minimum of 4 pupils and a maximum of 6. 

Group sessions can range from the following:

• Handwriting 
• Emotional Regulation using the Zones of Regulations
• Social skills
• Attention Autism 
• Bucket group 
• Lego Therapy
• Gross Motor Skills 
• Food Exploration 
• Sensory play sessions

All groups are tailored to individual needs. Please note that a report is not included within this session. If you require a report than there will be an additional charge of £70 to provide an overall report of the session. 

Payment for this service cannot be made on the web shop. Please fill out booking form and send to Occupational Therapist for dates and invoice to make payment for this service.

Individual Therapy Sessions

School (£90 per hour) 

Home  (£75 per hour after £15 parent discount. This discount is only available if parents are funding sessions for themselves. Any other funding will be charged at £90 per hour)

• Gross Motor Skills 
• Fine Motor Skills 
• Food Exploration 
• Sensory exploration 
• Visual Perception skills
• Executive Functioning skills
• Sensory processing difficulties

*Please note before anyone can participate in an individual therapy session they must have participated in either an online or home OT assessment or have an OT report supplied by another OT in the last 6 months. A report is not included within this service. If you require a report than it will be an additional charge £75 for a basic report of the session outlines *

Online support- £30 for 30 minuets

Online OT support allows parents and guardians to book time to talk to the OT about difficulties, strategies and recommendations for intervention or equipment for home, school or out in the community.

*Please not that individuals are not provided with a report after this support session*. 

OT Supervision / Sensory Integration Level 3 Supervision

£75 per hour ( Online) 

OT initial assessment, non standardised assessments and report (Home)-

Parent funding costs: £325 

Other funding: £500

This package is for one of the following:

• Non standardised assessment/ observation of needs

and

• Basic report and recommendations for future improvement

The Occupational Therapist will come to the home to assess the individual. This will also give parents and caregivers a chance to give their perspective of needs as well as the Occupational Therapist to observe the child within their home environment. This will then be used to produce a basic focusing on findings, strategies and recommendations. 

Initial school EHCP/ Annual review assessment, observation, report for EHCP needs, OT plan, programmes and handouts-

£600 

This package includes:

• 2 hour observation/ assessments within school including teacher or SENCO liaison
• In depth report of findings including results needs identified, OT goals set out in EHCP layout and OT plan with recommendations and strategies.

Please note that a pupil must undergo this assessment if they have not participated in a treatment programme with the OT prior to the annual review being written. 

Sensory Assessment: £800

This includes the following: £800

• 1 standardised sensory motor assessment 
• 1 standardised Sensory profile 2 questionnaire of home and school
• Observation of needs at home or school and non standardised assessments (2 hours) 
• Parent and Teacher interview of needs (30 minuets each) 
• In-depth report of findings  
• OT treatment plan

School OT workshops and training sessions- £200 per training  

The sessions offered within this package are the following:

• Tips for Handwriting 
• Sensory Processing Difficulties 
• Emotional Regulation using The Zones of Regulations 
• Developing Activities of Daily Living 
• Understanding different Special Needs 
• Gross Motor Skills Development
• Tips for Toileting 
• Food Exploration

School daily rates- £500

This package includes: 

• 6.5 hour visit (9-3:30)
• Maximum of 5 students seen for 45-1 hour (1 hour if there is 4 pupils or less) per visit (not including reports)
• 15 minuet liaison with teacher or teaching assistant after each session
• 1 hour liaison with SENCO

Pupil reports will be an additional £70 per student. This will be a basic report stating what happened in the session and whether any targets have been met/ whether strategies need to be adapted/ adapting or providing new goals and strategies.

Tribunal preparation- £1200 (All London Boroughs)

This package includes the following: 

• 2 standardised assessments and results 
• 3 hour observation at home or school 
• 1 hour parent discussion of needs before writing report
• Comprehensive report of findings, including previous OT goals, progressions, areas of need, results from standardised assessments, observation notes, EHCP quantification recommendations and OT strategies
• 3 hour liaison with legal representation throughout tribunal preparation process.

This package includes the following: 

• 2 standardised assessments and results
• 3 hour observation at home or school 
• 1 hour parent discussion of needs before writing report
• Comprehensive report of findings, including previous goals, progressions, areas of need, results from standardised assessments, observation notes, EHCP quantification recommendations and OT strategies
• 3 hour liaison with legal representation and parents throughout tribunal process 
• 1 day tribunal attendance

*This package covers the tribunal process from start to finish. Any additional hours during or after the tribunal will be charged at the rate of £75 per hour*
